Jewelry is shipped USPS Insured Priority for nearly all orders You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking.

Please contact us directly if you wish to make an international order and we will get you a quote. Note that it is illegal for me to declare any amount other than the retail value of what is shipping for customs, so please do not ask. It is also up to you to know what fees you may incur with customs, and to take responsibility for them.  

All work is packaged gift ready with using. sustainable, recyclable/recycled & plastic free shipping materials are used whenever available and possible. .

RETURNS

The jewelry you are purchasing is crafted as beautiful, sturdy and durable as possible.  Detailed descriptions & quality photos allow you to have a near perfect idea of what you will be receiving, inquire if things are unclear.  Please read and look over each piece, and if you have questions do email me before buying!  No returns do to aesthetic discrepancies, shipping delays beyond my control (USPS/Covid) or sizing issues, so know your style and size please. 

We e does not resize rings as it jeopardizes the integrity of the piece’s original design, and could damage or break the the stone. It is best to purchase a ring of your size. Please request a reusable ring sizer by contacting me at hilary.metalsmith@gmail.com or using the contact form. .

REPAIRS

We will always repair original work, and will replace a piece if it is broken due to faulty craftsmanship.  Please email photos of the issue and use tracking and insurance when shipping.  We are not responsible for any damage or loss due to USPS. Client covers return shipping.

CUSTOMS

Please use the contact form to inquire about a custom order. Order minimum is $200 and is based on stone and style.

RUSH ORDERS

If you need a Made to Order item quicker than the 3 week production time (with additional time for shipping), there is a $60 rush fee. Please be mindful that during Covid shipping times are unpredictable, though have improved vastly And please email as soon as possible with order info after placing the order.

MATERIAL INFO

The oxidized surface is intentional and helps to accentuate the many textures found in my jewelry.

Hypo allergenic Earring backs included on all dangle earrings.

If you have metal sensitivity you may want to opt for gold jewelry or fine silver jewelry.

Due to differing pH levels, each body may react differently to metals; some skin may respond with a temporary discoloration.
